Hawksbill is a two-villa holiday home on Frenchman's Cay, in the British Virgin Islands. Two luxurious homes - en suite 4-bed and 3-bed - with incredible island views and superb moorings too. Complete with water taxi, concierge services and a private pool, this Caribbean paradise is the perfect, luxury island getaway for friends and families.

Hawksbill is the only house in Frenchman's Cay with this mooring - length 80 ft+ / draft 10 ft+. We can organise a sailing guide and/or a big fishing guide for you, or you're welcome to sail in and make the most of the facilities with your own craft.

There are daily, international flights in to the British Virgin Islands. From your arrival, there's a choice. A small number of internal flights offer connections direct, there are ferries to Peter Island and then on to Tortola - or, if you let us know your arrangements - we can organise water taxis that will bring you direct from St. Thomas to Tortola. Alternatively, if you're sailing your own vessel - it's a breeze.

We send our team to prepare the villas before you arrive, taking care of any pre-arranged special requests. Our cancellation policies are in line with all you'd expect from a luxury destination home. We ask for a 50% deposit to secure Hawksbill. Final payment is due 45 days before arrival. If you're booking closer to the time, then we may ask for 100% in one payment. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of booking, then we'll offer a full refund as long as the check-in date is at least 14 days away. If it's less than 14 days away then we reserve the right to retain some of the fee paid to cover preparation costs. If you cancel at least 28 days before arrival, then we can offer 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival.

You'll find linens, towels, and kitchen utensils all in place and ready for your arrival. The ensuite bathrooms will also have shampoo, body lotion and soap, and a mid-factor after-sun - but if there's anything else you'd like us to provide, just let us know.

Most visitors enjoy making use of the superbly appointed kitchens, and the outdoor dining and BBQ areas. But everything's possible. Let us know if you'd like to explore private catering options.

One of the reasons people visit us, is that Frenchman's Cay is relatively secluded and intimate. So we do ask you to tell us if there's something specific you'd like to arrange - but all things are possible, and we have a team on site whose aim is to meet all of your expectations.
